Sheet metal blades Type 15 and Type 21

The blade is built through press folding of a pre-coated aluminum sheet, 0,7/0,8mm thick, previously cut to size. The foil gets bent and reinforced through insertion of an internal profile of extruded aluminum to give it an elliptic shape, which makes it particularly robust and resistant to wind speeds up to 120 Km/h. The foil is then closed through longitudinal riveting and finally the ends are closed with caps made of Nylon6 reinforced with 30% glass fiber.
